Hi everyone, I went to the e60 forums first but they didn't have a specific coding subforum like e90post. Hoping to get some help. I am trying to delete the airbag warning from my friends e60 535i. He installed race seats on both driver and passenger side and has a hardness bar so the airbag sensors and seat belt sensors are not plugged in. I have been using this guide below as reference but the only thing is the e60 TRC for the airbag module is not the same as the e90 series. I believe to have found the corresponding lines in the e60 TRC file which I will link below but I am missing a couple. I have set all the ones below to not active as you will see but it is not getting rid of the airbag light. If anyone can direct me that would be much appreciated.

AKS_LINKS_1_CD -Active head restraint (left)
AKS_RECHTS_1_CD -Active head restraint (right)
OC3_1 -Seat occupancy mat
GK/OC3/POL -Not sure exactly but related to the occupancy mat

These two above were the only 2 I was not able to find in the TRC file. I do not use NCS Dummy and don't have it downloaded to wasn't able to use that as a reference but I'd have to think someone knows the lines to change.

Would be best to see what error codes are still present. You may have inadvertently turned a few options off that may still need to be active.

I believe you need to deactivate SBR_SENSOR_FAHRER aswel, this is the seatbelt warning sensor.

I just removed my occupancy mat / passenger airbag error by following this thread ( https://www.e90post.com/forums/showt...=583819&page=4 )

After resetting the error memory no lights came back on
