Do you see any issues with this?

This is the INPA reading from my BMW's lambda sensors - I have been experiencing issues with them and after a scan I have the codes 2C9E 2F4F - 2C9F - 2CA9 and 2C78.

This has been an issue since I bought the car over a year ago, sadly I have only just gotten around to looking at this properly. I've done the obvious Google searches but I can't seems to make end or tail of this. I have had bank 2 sensor 2 replaced as a local garage pointed to this as the root cause, however, I disagree. Does anyone have any advise as to where to start? I'd be forever thankful.

Kind Regards,
Jack
