Little OT, but stopped over at a clients house to take a look at his new toy...had to post!

1998 993tt full GT2 replica. K24 hybrid turbos, Moton suspension, 335 width Hoosiers and a bunch of other ridiculous goodness

My friend is looking to get into his first lease with BMW.
His budget it ~$500 per month including tax with 12k per year but preferably 15k per year if it doesn't stretch his budget too much.
He's interested in 3er coupe or sedan.
What do you think his options are?
He is looking to get a new car this week so PM your options ASAP.
