Im not a fan of removing factory installed components but it does look nice and clean! I wonder how it would look on an e90 M Sport...

The following is what I ordered to make this work on my 2007 335i E92 (pre-LCI) with ZSP and factory oil cooler, yours may differ depending on the options you have:

JGMods M-sport pre-LCI bumper (which I would give a 9.5 out of 10 for fitment and quality, really great product at an even better price)

Driver's and Passenger air duct from the 335is
(1 set) http://www.ecstuning.com/ES2635644/

Brake Ducts for the M-sport bumper (the stock ones from the E92 did work sorta, but were half blocked by the vertical bumper element and didn't take advantage of the entire opening on the side of the intercooler)
(1) http://www.ecstuning.com/ES130576/
(1) http://www.ecstuning.com/ES130575/

I also installed the vent in the driver's side wheel well from the 335is so that air and debris didn't just hit the wheel well and stop. This will require significant cutting of your wheel well cover to make it work and either zip ties or self locking nuts (part shown below, I had a metric bolt kit from home depot with something that worked in the nuts)
(1) http://www.ecstuning.com/ES1897979/
(4) http://www.ecstuning.com/ES16997/

Fog light error can be coded out.

Like has been said earlier, if you have the factory oil cooler, the driver side 335is duct bolts right up into the factory location. The brake ducts bolt up exactly as stock. You will need to trim various plastic bits as in my post #35 above to get the brake and side ducts to fit properly. It seems scary at first to do all that trimming, but once you are in there, its pretty easy to see what needs to be done, and you can tell that the plastic you are cutting isn't for anything structural. I used a Dremel with a diamond tipped cutoff wheel which cut it like butter and used a Dremel sander wheel to get rid of all the burrs you are left with. Pass side I cut some small holes in the brake duct and air duct and wire tied them together, and also wire tied the duct to the new grille I installed in the wheel well, seems very sturdy.

In regards to the light error - do you have to bring it to the dealership? I saw that someone mentioned they did it themselves - what tool/software was used?

Go here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=368

Start reading. Coding can be done with the purchase of the proper cable and much training.

yea, just like the guy above said... coding is easy! delete the fogs from your VO and you will never have any errors

The dirty fix for light error is to just hang bulbs on the cables and tie them to the inside of the bumper. Just make sure not to turn the fogs on. When you get the chance just code the light check out, simple.

I emailed the developers of the BMWhat app about coding out the fog lights. Has anyone used this app for this?

I still don't get it. I'm doing everything I can to maximize my light output. I'm planning on HID fogs and rigging them to always be in if the ignition is on. Day or night. I'd add a second pair if it didn't look cheesy and love the Wald front bumper for e90/91 and I'm pissed they never made it for e92/93. I was looking at 1M for front bumper but ruled it out immediately when it didn't have fogs. Trying to figure out how to maybe add LEDs in it to be fogs and look correct. Otherwise it's going to be Msport with Hartage lip for me. Course I also don't like black or concave wheels, beards, or wearing my pants below my ass either.

To each their own. I prefer the added cooling capability that this mod affords over the extra light of the fogs. I have never found the OEM adaptive HID's lacking in light output in any way.

Guess I understand. I do find them lacking and I'm going to upgrade those too.

The brake ducts that were on my regular sport package bumper were partially blocked by the m-sport bumper, so I bought the ones specifically for the m-sport bumper so they fit correctly. I track my car so it was important to me to get full benefit of airflow for brake cooling.
