N54 DP FIX wiring does not match up

I recently bought the dp fix and am having a great deal of installing it, my wire colors are different, the 23 black/red wire is not in its place and the sub connectors also do look bigger than one another. If anyone has had the same problem your guidance would be much appriciated! (also emissions are due!!).
I own a 2009 335 xdrive.

Hey i am not sure anymore my phone that had pictures when i did it broke 2007 335xi.. Yeah upload some pics in you box with the plugs..
Also if you have software to read readyness i think you only need one active and one can be in not ready state.. just need to make sure if you reset anything you drive around long enough to ready the ones that need to be..

There is a youtube video on how to install it. That’s how mine looks with jb4.
