headlights too high

So I have a 2011 335i xdrive with the xenon headlights and they are pointed up way too far. I tried to use the adjustment screw to lower but they seem to be all the way adjusted. Is there a way I can maybe put a washer or something to get them to sit right?

Yeah, usually people break the adjuster by going too far one direction.
not sure about physically changing the height thought

I figured that was probably what happened. When I try to adjust them, they start to lower a bit then pop back up. Iget flashed constantly. People thinking my high beams are on. Oh well for now. I'll see if I can do something to bring them down when I get the time.
