Has to be plugs right?
Bought car with 23K on it, put jb4 in it right away. At 27k now, have successfully ran about 4 tanks of E85 mix(about 30%) during all of that.
Lately I've noticed first cold start of the day it's not quite as smooth as it was when I first bought it but still smooth, runs map1 no issues. Today I mixed in 30% of E85 and on the third 3rd gear pull it flashed the DTC and Check engine light very briefly and the JB4 defaulted to map4. Codes are the following: 2A22 tankf nd, Korrelation 2AAD Fuel pump, plausibiity Then there's the follow two codes but those are OK I believe: 2D25 manipulation cover, maxium air mass (I believe this to be the JB4 detection from DME) 2F6C Exhaust flap (I have it unplugged in the truck) Should I see a misfire on a certain cylinder if it was the plugs? Am I on the right track? Last edited by Miller335; 11-09-2013 at 02:50 PM.. |

You should see a misfire on one or multiple cylinders. No code = no detectable misfire.
