All, I have searched and searched with no luck. I just installed a 10.25 android in my wife's E70 and cannot find the factory settings anywhere. I also cannot change the vehicle displayed, it's showing an X1. The seller seems to be only worried about his review and is offering no help in the way of a user manual or tips. Every video I have watched with the same user interface goes to factory settings with ease; however, when I go to the same place the option is not there. It seems the developer may have "hidden" this feature/option. Does anybody have any input advice? The unit is from Ali and is from a Chinese electronics company named Lelv. Before I get all of the "you get what you pay for" responses, please understand I am just asking for assistance if there is any to be had.

This kind of treatment form Chinese vendors is typical .
Just sent and IR thermometer back for the same reason's
If you read the reviews here on this stuff you will see it's
pretty much the same.

1. Settings > Factory
2. Password = 1314

There are fake units around with basically software/hardware of early android TVs.

Based on pictures looks like you got fake one that is indeed quite pointless.

The actual unit you want is KSW software based system using snapdragon processor. There are lots of firmware updates over the time and depending of version/bugs some were happy others had issues.
Personally i have updated firmware that fixed phone mirroring freezes but e9x platform is quite tricky/costly to integrate aftermarket screen and avoid using analog audio output from it.
Sound processing is limited to phone quality years between 2016...2020.

It's nice screen but not that enjoyable multimedia device if you even slightly care about music quality.

Actively looking at Android head units, trying to see if there's a way to get one that does not use AUX, maybe trying to combine one with a Mr 12 volt unit.
