Let me politely disagree: even 5.25 inch floppy disc applications ran pretty smoothly being accordingly simple.

Running on-premises eliminates "no response" delays by definition. Even severely fragmented small disc isn't hopelessly slow as there aren't many fragments anyway (large might be).

Site very slow. Log in takes several minutes. Opening a vehicle specific forum takes several minutes. Posting a reply takes several minutes.

The slowness has rendered the site unusable.

Added: And of course this reply posted almost immediately.
