These came off my M3 when I upgraded to Cusco braces. They help brace the rear body behind the seats, adding rigidity. Hardware will be included as well. $40 shipped. Located in south Orange County, ca.

These pieces are oem on all E92 cars. But they can be retrofitted onto E90/E91 cars by adding riv-nuts in the existing holes to mount them in (that's what I did for my E90)

I can'tsay that I did. Some non-M cars
didn't come with any kind of brace
here. People that add the oem
braces say it is a noticeable
difference, but tying them together
probably isn't a huge step up.
