BMW dealership service in CT
Anyone recommend any of the BMW service departments in CT? I've been to New Country, and really have not been satisfied. Online reviews seem to be very mixed. Somewhat skeptical of them to be frank. Thanks!

I bring mine to BMW of Ridgefield and they've treated me great. Smaller dealership with less traffic...my SA is Stephen and he is awesome, give them a try.

I bought mine from there, good buying experience overall. It's a little far from where I am for regular service though. Might give them a try since you had a good experience with them.

BMW of Bridgeport, ask for Bernard or Steve. We service all 5 of our BMWs there, and they're always great.

I wanted to go to Bridgeport, but they don't offer loaner cars if you didn't buy your car there. So, I went with Greenwich, and they have been great for me.

BMW of Darien
My parents have purchased and serviced their cars there since their first BMW in 1989 and they also gave me the best price for my ED. My mom had an accident with her car and they did a great job. Never have an issue getting service and they have a nice lounge area if you wait. If you are getting an oil change only, they have specific appointment times just for oil changes and if you arrive on time your car goes right in no waiting. Just had my oil changed this past wednesday and I was in and out. Just my two cents on Bridgeport BMW, purchased my first BMW there when it was Helmuts BMW and at that time it was great. After they switched it was not the same and after a very bad experience which required me to go to another dealer to get the actual fix needed, I never went baclk. I live in Trumbull and it would be more convient to go to them, but as stated they do not give loaners unless you purchased from them and the last person I know that went their ended up purchasing from Watertown BMW. I know others have said they have had good experiences, I just putting in my thoughts. |

Maybe they changed policies since you started going there, and you were "grandfathered" into service? I was calling for Bernard, too, at the suggestion of folks on this site.
