Used SAS (Steering angle sensor) and coding

I just bought a new steering wheel position sensor (SAS) on ebay. I assume I have to code the new SAS to my VIN. Can I do that in INPA?

Thanks,
Gary

I have INPA, but I'm now thinking of getting protools (an excuse to buy this tool).

I have protools and I have to say I enjoy it.

I'm new to my bmw. It was an easy decision for me. Just my 2 cents.
