so confused with lights...please help!
Hey all!
Proud new owner of a '07 335xi. I love it to death!! I have done a lot of searching on this forum and am still confused...I understand that the low beams/ highbeams are xenons, and that the angel eyes are halogens. What bulb do ya'll think is best to replace the halogens? I like the xenons so i think i'll keep them. Also is it possible to get the angel eyes of the new 335s (that beautiful blueish-white color?) Thanks so much for your help!!!! |

There are a number of LED replacements on the market, I would search around to get reviews. We have had success with the WeissLicht brand which are plug and play and error free.

Thanks for the replies! So basically I would keep the xenon bulb in there and replace the halogen bulb that shows the angel eyes? Is that what those OSS and Lux kits do? Thanks!

Exactly, you will replace the halogen bulb that currently powers the angel eyes with an LED replacement. LUX is an LED option, OSS are LED rings that replace the factory rings.

OSS involves cracking open your headlight housings. It is not for the faint of heart, but the results are nothing short of stunning. Best LED solution out there for angels, hands down. Not to mention the fact Luis has the best customer service skills I've ever witnessed
