WTB: VMR 713 19x8.5f 19x9.5r, with tires for E92

Looking for these wheels in either gunmetal, silver, or polished.

Would like newer (@75%+ tread) tires as well, and if available TPMS

I can buy the wheels with tires new for $1800 shipped, so obviously I am looking to spend under that please.

I am located in NJ, either local or willing to ship for under the above price.
