Pre-lci trunk conversion to LCI

Hi guys,I know there are many threads like this, but I decided to create one more for new guys who hardly can find threads...anyway I did trunk conversion of my Pre-LCI 08 320d E90 to LCI...Threads in this forum helped me very much...First you have to install your new LCI trunk with tail lights (inner and outer)...Then you need to re-wire your inner lights (I used instructions from this forum,i will post screenshot below)....After that you need to code your car, most of guys use NCS Expert (i will post screenshot also from this forum how to code with NCS),but I used another app...I have bought mobile app called Carly for BMW.Its great app,you can do coding, diagnostics, service reset,DPF regeneration etc...anyway I coded my car with that app and now it works perfectly...If anyone will use Carly for BMW be free to contact me I will help you step by step (it takes 5 minutes to code everything)...Later I will post more pics of coding with Carly for bmw because I didnt remember to take screenshots while coding first time ...I hope this thread will help you...

Here is step by step how to code your LCI tail lights with app Carly for BMW
Open the app, press on "cable",the in upper left corner press "home",then "vehicle"..after that you select model (in my case) e90 and which engine and year model...when you do that, press on connect...once the car is connected open the cockpit...now you can see you have many options to do with this app, coding, diagnostics, service reset etc...anyone,you need to open coding and after that press check compatibility...then it opens you few ECU's that can be coded, the ecu we need is FRM (footwell module),press on FRM,after that on right side press read from car...now it appears a list of codings in that ECU,the things we need to code (set on "NOT ACTIVE") for LCI tail lights is next:

-turn signals rear warning
-outer brake lights warning
-inner brake lights warning
-third brake light warning
-tail lights warning
-reversing lights warning
-rear fog lights left warning
-rear fog lights right warning
-turn signals rear as LED (this is the only thing you need to set on ACTIVE !!!)
-third brake light voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-tail lights voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-rear fog light left voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-rear fog light right voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-reversing lights voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-inner brake lights voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-turn signals rear voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2
-breaking lights voltage monitoring 1/2 and 2/2

Here are the pics how it looks like...if anyone have problems be fee to contact me

I like the conversion, although I liked the blacklines the same as well. That is a great guide for coding too!
Are you selling your blacklines?

yes I am saying that whilst the conversion looks great I also liked the way it looked before and are you planning on getting rid of the old tail lights?

Folks, trying to code my Lci lights here. Does the engine need to be on, or just the ignition?! I tried with the ignition on earlier and when I pressed check compatibility no modules were found.

oh my god thank you for this I'm also making this conversion and this is super helpful did you have any issues with the trunk not closing.? my trunk does not close properly, everything else works fine. i was thinking of taking it to a shop to see why the 2011 trunk won't properly fit my 07.
