No way...Im showing that with a 64% residual and .0022 MF you should be closer to $800/month

You should really wait until next month to see if BMW will release a better money factor of lease cash incentive money. I have a E93 spec'd out exactly the same as yours just different color combo and Im only paying $630/month because I got a promotion MF and $2500 lease incentive cash.

Curt2000 - thank you thank you!!

I literally was a few minutes way from calling the dealer and accepting their offer!

Can you tell me more about the lease and cash incentives?

I am currently in a 335i lease, 6 years leasing with BMW, if this helps.

Also, please keep in mind there is a ~3500 dollars tax rolled into the cap cost..

Thanks
Kareem

$2500 cash incentive on the MY2011?

I thought that was only for MY2010.

There, there! Tax in Texas, paid on full price.

Btw, Kareem. Why are you adding Destination and handling separately? It is included in the MSRP and also in the invoice pricing. You should use the updated MSRP for all your calculations. Do I see it correct or I got lost in the numbers

Yes, D&H should be added to MSRP. Your correct, but the numbers work out the same anyway. Since both are eventually summed into the cap cost.

So guys - I actually just got back the offer with the numbers above from a nearby dealer and ready to pull the trigger. What do you think?

(umm..thinking of getting oyster interior instead of saddle brown too..thoughts? --- pre-buyer remorse..haha )

since you aren't getting any kind of incentives on the car, I would hold off until the first of next month to see if BMWFS releases some sort of deal for July...and I'm pretty sure you should get a better MF based on the owner loyalty program...I would ask the dealer to look into it for you.

Wait till beginning of next month either way.

If you are order MY2011, you get two options, MF+Residual together for July (vs that for June) OR MF+Residual together for month of delivery.

If you pick something off the lot, still wait for July. Deals usually do not get worse as the model year starts to get more sales and older than launch.

I am not too sure how Oyster would be with Jet Black, I like the contrast but maybe too bland. I'd stick with Saddle. Though I love Oyster with LeMans or Deep Sea Blue. That's just me.

Take a look at both colors in person, and see how the contrast between ext. and int. color might look. Better way to decide. Just my $0.02

Quick question: Dealer told me I did not add in "aquisition cost" and is asking for some 875. I thought this is the Destination and Handling fee?

not significantly better. Only slightly.

Acquisition is $725 afa BMWFS goes, dealers mark it up to $925 from what I have seen (another profit making strategy), some say difference goes to finance manager. This is due at signing and is NOT added to Cap Cost.

Destination/Handling is $875 added as it is to Invoice AND MSRP both, independently. Non Negotiable.

I pay 425 a month, it's in print you have to believe it. J/K

The AQS. fee does hold some markup I once asked a sales manager and he jokingly said "when they run a bmw dealership they can mark it up too" but that be said it's super common to pay the finance manager a flat. The MF may be marked up .0005. If you like your CA and he's done well that's a good payment, you maybe could get 20 or so bucks but is 20 bucks worth is it'll be another $666 to the dealership and mean a lot more to the CA.

What about the 20 bucks?

ChOyBoY, I just thought you were referring to the acquisition fee and not the complete deal
