I went to a dealer and he explained its for a e90 only and with like $5k dp down depending on credit approval.

i was considering checking out some dealers.
Ive been seeing lease deals for '11's range from $299 to $399 a month for 30 months. Looking for about $2k-$2.5k down plus fees.

ParkAve BMW has 289 month with 3k down or 389 month with 0 down.
same cost at end but interesting...

Normally we pay WAY more in Canada but they were running a similar deal up here last year (328i for $328/m) with about $3500 down; base model.

Here's the breakdown I got from a Pittsburgh dealer:

2011 328xi
$486.53 for 30 months with 10k per year.
$0 down.
$200.48 out of pocket at pickup.
First two payments paid by BMWNA.
MSRP is $40,650. Selling is $36,400.
64% residual and .00175 MF.

Seems ok, but not great for a pretty sparse options load out.

2011 328xi sedan. regular options + navigation
Sticker - $38,500 from 42,500 msrp.

lease being offered was ~370 month for 30 months, 2 months (free), plus....$5k down!

no thank you.

Yeah, I really miss this time last year where new Z4s were going for $500/mo with $0 down and just first payment due at signing.

Picked up a similar model from Bridgewater BMW

leased that was offer was $0 down, 2 months free and $400 a month for 30 months.
