Ahh I know right. Don't feel like spending money on another module, already have other things to order lol
Maybe I'll expedite the coding and see if it works on Frm 2 it's just changing the VO that's what a member on this forum had told me I think it around $300 |

Yeah another $300...can't do it. Let me know how if you find someone to figure it out.

I might go through this route since every coder I ask for FRM2 I get no feedback at all. |

I wonder if the UK FRM modules would work. I noticed they're not the same part number. I assume they're programmed for UK BMW's...which I assume are different (considering they drive on the other side of the road haha).

That's true but you'll still have to code them to a fresh start, atleast that's what I think lol

In theory it should be doable on the FRM2. The only major hurdle I see is the angel eyes, which you could ultimately just wind up just tapping another power source for (like people do with OSS-type setups). Then code out the warm and cold angel eye bulb checks, the angel eye welcome lights, and then the turn signal checks.

frm3 you get more options and less stress, plug in code and good as new.The signals are all led and both rings in each headlight are control by one unit only LCI tail light might work on frm3.

How important is to change the headlights for the lci conversion? Considering the lci conversion however the cost of lci headlights is whats putting me off.
I have seen a few lci conversations with pre lci headlights? |

A minor update.
Will be ordering FRM3 this week, found a few coders to code remotely It's close to $300 brand new from the part store & changing modules is the best option at this moment |
