Untrue. I saw one in private hands on the road recently. Not too bad actually. I bit of a colour for older people, but not bad at all. More elegant than sporty.

It's not as bad as I initially thought, however I have never seen it in person.

I´ve seen it in person and it´s quite nice actually. I certainly like it better than arctic (but I´m sure to be in the minority there...)

It's not a bad color, but not one of the cool one's either...

It looks decent, doesn't really blend in well with the colours of a city or urbanised areas... take it to a desert, say in the Emirates - would probably look electrifying

I too saw one in private hands, the driver looked to be in his 70s however. It was a 330xi Sonora with Terra. I thought it looked terrific. I know it isn't a color for everyone but harkens back to the bronzit and bahama beiges of the 80's which were very BMW. If I were leasing an e90 it would be one of my top choices, Sonora with Terra, because it is different and unique. If I were buying and concerned about resale a few years down the road, I don't think I would put it at the top of my list. Overall though, very cool and different.

I've always loved those old school BMW rims, classic pimpness!!! The color is pretty rad too! I'd rock an E91 wagon just like this if that's what I was on the market for.

I saw a Sonara E90 the other day and I must say...it looks very nice :-)

I would definately buy one. It's not sporty - hence I wouldn't buy SP with it, but it's a really great colour!

I think the colour is cool and have my car on order for delivery in six months time. When I get it, I will post pic's. I haven't seen many E90's on the road in this colour but the colour on the E46 series is a popular colour in South Africa.

Saw it on the dealer's lot

when I picked up my car yesterday. IMO, it's not a bad color in person. It looked very different and unusual from many other colors and it would be interesting to see one on the street.

Reminds me of my grandfather's Buick... the color of course, not the style.

I also thought it was an ugly color, but today I saw it IR and it was so amazing, especially in the sun!

I think in Europe (especially in the UK), this colour will join the white and red as 'almost rans'.

I went for sapphire black, and also concidered Jet Black....wouldnt even concider these three colours though, they look cheap...just my opinion.

OMG, I actually think this is the best color I've seen for an E91. Stunning.

Do NOT ask me why, but it actually makes it look sportier? With those wheels anyway. Either the pic us squished, or the color actually makes it look SHORTER, more aggressive. I dunno why....

Oh well... at least now we know I would seriously consider Sonora for an E91 purchase.

After seeing it in person, I wanted to puke. The pics of that wagon look good though, nice coffee tone and the wheels are nice.
