I have an alpine white e92 and I'd skip the carbon accents unless you've got a pretty aggressive look coming...I found they looked kind of tacky and switched to painted parts except for the front lip.

So did you paint them Alpine white, or gloss black?

I have an alpine white e90 and just wrapped my side mirrors in 3M carbon fiber. It doesn't look terrible but i also agree that it's more for an aggressive look. I may end up rewrapping them in gloss black.

looks good though. get the corner delete mod too!

Yeah, the more I look at other cars, I think gloss black will probably be the way to go.

Corner delete mod, is that getting rid of the amber bulb on the headlights?

The ones pictured are the stock ones which I hate the color. The 6000K are in my future upgrade list.

It looks nice. Last night I ordered a Black Saphire Metallic M3 style spoiler, so we'll see how it looks. I'll probably be Plasti Dipping the grille this weekend, and I'll maybe do the mirror covers in black too and see what it looks like.

Nice thing about Plasti Dip is that if I don't like it, I can just peel it off.

UPDATE:

Well, since I bought the car, I've done a few things to it:

- All white LED interior lights (not pictured)
- White LED license plate lights (not pictured)
- 335i emblem removed
- Custom license plate
- Blacked out chrome window trim
- Matte black front grille
- Matte black front bumper splitters

Next I'll be getting front/rear spacers, and getting the OEM wheels powder coated flat black.

Anyway, here are some updated pictures.

She's coming along great, but some more rear-end mods are definitely needed

buy some blacklines

There should be 1 or 2 sets in the for sale section. Definitely one of the best modifications for the rear of pre-lci e90's

I actually purchased some pre-cut vinyl overlays for my brake light that are getting installed this weekend.

So I ended up getting the brake lights painted instead of doing the vinyl overlay, and they turned out really nice. I'll be taking some new pics of the car with the painted tail lights sometime this week.

1st pic = Prepped and ready for paint
2nd pic = 1st coat of paint
3rd pic = 2nd coat of paint
4th pic = Clear coat

Looks good man! I just got an AW 325 pre lci. First exterior mods I got were splitters. They definitely make the car look way more aggressive than stock. I'm curious to see those tails on, they really make the white line pop.
Do you know how dark your headlight tint is? I like that it hides the amber but doesn't have a heavy smoked look. I might do that myself to get a glossy new look on my old ass lights

Some newer pictures. I actually just got some new wheels mounted today (CSL style), so I'll have to take some pictures again soon.
