Payments are $612.50. BMW Lease transfer assumption charges $500 ,plus sales tax,to do the transfer. Buyer is to have BMW do a credit check. Then 2 other simple steps. BMW says they do 500 lease assumptions per week.

New owner will get my $700 security deposit at lease end.

This is a 2007 E92 on stock ecu, no updates. I changed the oil twice myself and is due for 3rd oil change this month.


I do have a set of 4 Breyon mesh 17" wheels mounted on Hankook winter I-Pike tires if your interested. These are dedicated winter tires.

I will post pictures soon,, but it is almost showroom fresh!

i'm assuming you put a nice down payment to get it to $655. i just mean good luck getting the $1,200 up front fee from a potential new buyer. in this market, sellers are foregoing their down payment or offering cash/modification incentives for a quick sale.

Car also has cold weather package, and bmw assist. And I have BMW rubber floor mats front and rear.

Pretty much only option it dosnt have is, comfort assist(doors), Automatic tranny, and active steering.

Dont mean to sound like a smart ass,, but Im sure everyone has seen what a like new showroom 335i looks.
