Yeah, I don't mind doing the rally stuff -- but to be honest, I suck at teh directions

Leading the pack!! Going over logistic details!! Promoting the Rally!! Being the main host at the start of the rally!! etc.

We'll help you with the route details, recon work etc. We just want someone to spearhead the initiative. It's getting busy

just as an added safety feature to the caravan Donny and Sam.

We will need to break down the caravan into groups of 5-8cars and each group will have a captain reportable to you! (get your cellphones ready)

While Donny David and I will be doing reconasance during the Caravan, reporting traffic, delays and other abnormalities to you to report to your caravan team captains

The route plans will be handed to you and your team captains, in order to not loose anyone and be safe during the event. Pls be advise this is not a race but a caravan to observe traffic conditions and signs.

Washington DC Metro is good at what we do becoz of the fine mbrs we have in it. We are currently setting plans on how the caravan will be welcome when it gets to Passport BMW



It will be a day to remember thks to all you e90post guys planning and hosting this event!

Gotdamm, we got a lot of people at this event! Unfortunately, that reduces my chances of winning the clear bra.

Guys...maybe a little early to say at this point. Just putting it out there.

First of all we are thrilled at the encouraging response and support for the meet. Everyname on the list means confidence and faith in our dc metro e90post community. At the end of the day its all about camraderie.

It looks like we probably have to cap this meet at 45 attendees/cars. This is because we want to ensure the quality of the giveaways/draw prizes as well as to make sure everyone is comfortable and adequately catered to. We have your best interests in mind. Another reason is to ensure everyone has an opportunity to test drive the e92 if they are so inclined.

In the next few days, we will be drawing up a formal attendee list. Its important all attendees give us a confirmation, as we will be forwarding that list to Passport for them to prepare all giveaways. We are also finalizing facilities requirement like chairs/tables/parking space etc.


Please voice suggestions/concerns/opinions etc.
