Wowww. I've never heard that one before. I think i'll do some more digging. I'd hate for them to try to rip someone off.
None of the bbks available, none of the caliper kits, and none of the DBA offerings are motor/platform specific beyond E9x

They very much should be for rotors! E90/92 335's have larger diameter rotors than 325/328/330's. If you are replacing everything, then I can see where it probably wouldn't matter beyond the basic E9x platform. But if you are replacing single components like "just calipers" or "just rotors", there has to be different parts for the 335i vs. all other combinations.

I know for a fact that E92 328i and E92 335i rotors are different sizes. The 335 has bigger calipers by an inch IIRC.

Nah, keeping tabs on the stats of other models that you don't own is tough. But it is interesting to note that the REAR 335i rotors are bigger than the FRONT 328i rotors! 335i rotors: 348x30 front, 336x22 rear 328i rotors: 300x24 front**, 300x20 rear **According to www.bmwusa.com website, this should be 312mm (12.3".) But when I check realOEM or other parts websites, they list the front rotor as being 300x24.

last week i purchased front and rear rotors from a friends friend who is the general manager at aamco in the city of La Habra, CA on Imperial Hwy. he got me slotted and cross drilled rotors for good reasonable price custom made to fit my car. not too cheap not too $$.. the package also was Life Time Warranty!! so i pritty much jumped on these. i told him about e90post and there are a bunch of guys who are interested in getting rotors instead of a $$$ BBK.
it sounds questionable but i went ahead and took that chance for all you guys just give them a call there Royalty rotors..and there awsome.. my uncle is a bmwtech for almost 20 years and he approves of this small upgrade if you have any questions regarding specs or pricing ask for Eddie. hes a A++ man! I'd be down for this group buy. But is there any more info about these rotors? Specs? I think majority of us dont wanna spend $400 on a set of rotors which isnt that popular in this community yet.
