VANCOUVER - Seat twist problem

The front passenger seat of my e90 is stuck in the most forward position. When I try to move it back, it twists: the side closest to the center console does not move, while the side next to the passenger door does move.

I looked under the seat, and it seems the cable has split.

Has anyone here fixed this issue themselves?
Any good local shops (Vancouver, BC area) that can replace the cable without replacing the full seat track?

Help me out Vancouver peeps!
