I changed the filter housing gasket under warranty and the valve cover gasket. Try to carefully observe where you see fresh oil around the engine. Sometime a clean up of the engine is helpfull for finding a leak.

I had a leak in a similar location. I didn't see any oil leaking from the oil housing gasket. I concluded it was my oil pan gasket, but after replacing it I still saw a slow leak. It turned out to be my rear main seal.
do you have the upgrade/new PCV valve? I think mine was old and failing and caused my RMS to slowly fail. haven't had an issue since changing to Rob's PCV Valve. Worth the money imo. |
