Apparently you can beat the new 2020 Mustangs with ethanol. I'd be curious to know the exact details of what would need to be done to an n54 for it to compete with these new stangs.

Cars in the 11s
But critical factor is good tyres .If you cant afford to consume good tyres regularly or you do a lot of miles then get a spare set of rims for at least the rear tyres ,which will be 50 wear drag radials or r track tyres.
Wheel spin , will be the biggest factor determining times, victories or losses. Most people are stuck on the mentality of compromise with affordable daily, so wind up with a half measure. These people will be fodder for you to win from a dig or 2nd gear rolls (3rd with upgraded turbos). The middle of the road federals rsrr etc become close to useless in those gears once you have the power.

As mentioned then you can dial in a tune with flex fuel/E85 additional power and actually put it down.

Get inlets & outlets & put a custom tune from Wedge.

Maybe get an LSD & upgrade your subframe & Diff bushings.

As long as your HPFP is healthy you should be fine running E40-E60. You will most likely need a stage 2 LPFP though. Add a few gallons of E and take some logs. LPFP needs to stay above 50 and HPFP above 9.

These cars run amazing with E85 if you have access to it.
