I have just had my brake fluid done, by a new garage, the brakes feel spongey now, and the fluid was changed a couple of weeks ago, and the fluid is now green, should this be the case, i thought it should be clear.

Any advice guys?

As the posted instructions state, there is a primary and secondary circuit.
The systems fluid capacity is ~1L.

It is prudent to use a pressure bleeder to flush the system. Using a pressure bleeder negates having to utilise the method of pushing the brake pedal to purge the system.

This is important because if the brake pedal travel was to go too far it is possible the master cylinder o-ring seals can be damaged by passing over any rust deposit at the bottom of the cylinder wall. Do not confuse this with the INPA/ISTA+ procedure which requires brake pedal pressing.

Again follow the instructions of bleeding from the farthest wheel to the closest wheel without having the pressure bleeder go outside the 'range' and without the bleeder and reservoir running dry.

Next to be completed is the DSC component. This can then be completed via INPA or ISTA+.
As stated in the posted procedure this is to activate the high pressure switching valve causing vibrations in the circuit releasing any air bubbles that may have been pre-existing or induced in the flush.
It is not designed to flush the system.

Brake fluid colour is defined under (USA) FMVSS 116.
I'm not aware of UK or Australian jurisdiction in complying with FMVSS 116 as known brands sell blue DOT 4 brake fluid in Australia that cannot be sold in the USA.

The standard states that DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 for non SBBF is colourless to amber. DOT 5 SBBF is purple.

Green is for mineral oil which is not compatible for your system.

Perhaps it would be prudent to ask the garage what brake fluid they used.

How do you know so much about brake fluid????
