I have no baseline to gauge the replacement as far as noise (the installer re-used the factory glass). The Bronco does not use any type of surround for the windshield and anyway, the hard top gets nosey over 55 MPH - LOL.

And BTW a "beat-to-crap" E90 is far better than most MY 2022 cars. Just sayin'. My opinion of course.
dang you always have interesting cars! (the Bronco)

I was just saying to my buddy, I have a 2006 Lexus flagship, and the things that break are not the car itself, but all the interior things, and the German cars are so much better built with those things, though admittedly, less reliable as a general statement. My buddy and his mom both have CR-V's, 2016 I think, where buttons fell off the whatever you want to call it infotainment etc. The cure is to replace the entire unit! When he said that I had to google fact check, and it's true.

The E92 weighs 460 lbs less that the biggest 2006 Lexus, when it's a tiny car in comparison. I'd argue it does factor in to how solid each car is.

It's true that Fuyao is OE on some models but I would be weary of Fuyao aftermarket glass after seeing how wavy and distorted the windshield was on other vehicles
