new one?

I had the same tear,

I went to the local salvage yard, most bmw got the same size trip, not the same shape tho.

So I took 1meter , 0$ since the guy there was like wtf are you gonna do with it.

Cut the length needed, cut on the car with razor blade, glue with original crazy glue, then apply wd-40 to make it look clean , but also avoid more tear by winter moisture or sticky strip.

First, I'd start driving on the left side and give the right side a chance to heal itself.

Second, go to realoem.com for part numbers.

Also to be aware of, in the picture looks like your weatherstrip is the generation that that has the felt/flocking. BMW updated that part number and the new one doesn't have the felt/flocking and is now completely rubber, so it will look slightly different than the other doors once you replace it.
