make sure that if you claim it through your credit card company you file it as a dispute for non received items. not as fraudulent charge just so you can expedite the solution.

i dont understand why you havent gotten your money back?its usually cut n dry especially if you used sent as goods.there was a guy here that was "selling" 1M front bumper in a group buy,well he scammed a whole lot of people,me included.i called paypal,he then closed up his account but i still got my money in a week and that was alot more then what you sent.
