was on the car for 3 years
clear coat still shiny, strut brace as new will also fit e90/e92 Does not come with nuts - you will have to get them from a stealership but they cost $10 for a pair open to offers but no lowballing - this item cost me $1600 cheers

I think you will find the hex nuts don't cost $10....they are $33 each and must be replaced as they are aluminium. The part number is 51717895241.
There are also two hex bolts and black caps required to fit the part....they are about another $30 for the set. Looking at over $90 in parts to fit it. |

Will this fit if you have an N55 intake?

I don't think it fits N54 or N55 in the 1 series due to the intake positioning
however in the 3 series the engine may sit lower so i'd ask the dealer to confirm

Would fit fine on an n54 but might rub a little on the stock airbox under very aggressive driving (engine rocks around).
Will be a non issue if you have a dual cone setup though.

are you interested? at least Wollongong is close. All my offers so far want me to ship the brace which is a pain.

Really torn between something that is functional and allows for adjustment of damper and camber settings without removing the bar and something that looks as good as this does!
Unfortunately I think I am going to have to give this a miss. good luck with the sale! |
