I may decide to try and back out of the deal.

But if BMW fixes the car, I might miss out on a fully loaded 335. It’s hard because the car is in amazing condition inside and out, it seems like it was well taken care of.

I picked up the 335i yesterday, so far the car runs great. Vanos was serviced under warranty.

Only issue now is there is an annoying rattle noise coming from the front when hitting bumps.

Not sure if the suspension is blown or something is loose. Any one have a similar issue? Im going to check it out when I have free time but I might also just take it to an indy next weekend.
