2008 E92 330i M sport

Hi Guys, sorry this has probably been thrashed to death, but I've just had an MOT and my exhaust is shot, especially where the 2 down pipes join the exhaust. The rest looks quite bad. Last year it was ok now well!.
My car is 2008 sparkling graphite red interior with 35000 miles and I've had it from new and I want to keep it.

So after trawling the inter web I can find no one who makes a complete exhaust for a 2008> model. Has anyone a solution....

There are plenty of (expensive) specialist performance exhausts e.g. Supersprint -

but if you don't want to go OEM from BMW, then someone like Longlife will build you a custom system:

By shot you mean rusted through ? Seems like a surprisingly early failure..!

On looking during MOT the front joint with the downpipes the bolts are none existent and the seams around the silencers and cats have rusted. No blow marks though.
