New spark plugs, very strange rough idle?

Hi folks, I need some help with my rough idle situation.
I changed the spark plugs on my 2011 E93 a week ago, and immediately after that my I got a rough idle.

At the beginning it was so bad that car would stutter and shake every few seconds when idling. But when that happened, the rpm was very steady at ~650 and I got no code.

Now it has gotten better to a point that I though it cured itself...except when I operate the hard top!!? Whenever I open/close the top when car is idling, it starts to stutter and shake like before. The shaking would continue until ~10 seconds after the top is done moving.

I am really confused and can't make any correlation between the two. Is it the battery or what??

Thanks

I know this dosent sound very helpful but whenever I do engine work that involves the coils or plugs (walnut blasting, valve cover gasket, spark plugs) my car always idles like complete crap and sometimes misfires bad with the jb4 on @ WOT. I always try taking them out, cleaning them, checking the coils and it does nothing. Lol the only thing i have found that works is driving on it. After a week or so the car always goes back to normal no rough idle no misfires. So of you can just wait a lil bit longer really good chance it will go away on its own as long as all cylinders are firing.

Also, you put this in the n55 tuning category for some reason. You will get a lot more help im the general e90 section see if you can move it. 😊
