painted interior plastic? (bottom half of dash)

I'm curious if this is feasable. The beige leather interior includes the bottom half of the dash painted the same color and I think it looks so much nicer that way. I'm going to order my E92 with saddle brown/aluminum trim and IMO if the bottom half of the dash was saddle, it'd be awesome!

just these parts in saddle!

actually, not that actual radio part- that can be left black. Just around it. Kind of like the extended leather option on the m3.

It can be done. You'll need automotive interior paint. Question is can you find paint to match saddle. Might be worth looking into getting the lower dash/center console wrapped in leather or vinyl instead.

I've always loved the look of extended leather on the E46/E9x M3s.

Question

I wan't to do something like this:
What is a good primer/paint kit that would have BMW Oyster? Been on google search for an hour with no results!

I'm not looking to do nothing gaudy or JDM. I would just want to paint the lower dash trim from black to oyster and the console black to oyster. So it looks exactly like the OEM extended leather package. I would also consider a wrap instead(which I don't really want since I would want it permanent) if that is better route.

This is what I have now:
The Oyster Dakota Leather with black panels.

See if you have a local Fibrenew franchise. They can custom Match your color and paint/dye the lower areas and console to match.

I successfully did this last year using Leatherique products and applied using an artists brush.
They have a full range of colors and can color match for you.
