SOLVED: Boost Codes 3100, 2ABC: VRSF CP, Tial, stock intake

Edit 9/17
Fixed the problem. Brand new MAP on the charge pipe was a dud. Another sensor solved the problem and now it runs perfectly.

Edit 9/4

They got the parts on seemingly correctly. Need a stronger vacuum for the BOV so an adapter for the manifold is in the mail.

Currently thowing:
3100 Boost-pressure control, deactivation
2ABC Boost pressure sensor, electric

Any ideas?

Decided to send my car to a shop for the charge pipe install since it had another fault I couldn’t figure out. They figured out that it was the MAP sensor which broke when the stock cp blew off.

Shop emailed me saying they are causing interference issues with the power steering reservoir mounting bracket and the air intake as well (pics attached). For those with this setup: how did you mount it?

they shouldn't have removed the power steering reservoir. Should be in stock location

Thank you! I thought something looked out of place there. I gave him some feedback via email, hopefully they figure it out tomorrow. Either way I'll probably swing by after work to check on the progress.

What kind of shop is it? A chargepipe install is very simple and straightforward. Id be a bit nervous having them work on my car if they cant figure something as simple as this out.

Pretty reputable shop that works mostly on track cars. Of all the specialty shops I've been to for this car (3 highly reputable, recommended, and frankly incredibly expensive Bay Area shops) they've been the most attentive to details and ensured things are done properly. If anyone knows a shop that'll never make a mistake or get confused I'm all ears because I haven't found em yet

I believe that they were messing around with the PS reservoir because they didn't like how the chargepipe contacts the PS line with the reservoir in the stock location. From the pics they sent this morning it's looking pretty good, pipe and reservoir installed properly albeit making a slight contact with the PS line. I'll upload the pics.

Here are the pics they sent this morning. Recommended this part for the BOV vacuum line which I approved: https://vadersolution.com/products/v...v-line-adapter

Also recommended stronger caps for the DV holes which I will get as well.

Wanted to update since I read dozens of threads on this code and not a single one had a conclusion. Turns out the new MAP sensor on the charge pipe was a dud. Brand new sensor wasn't sending a proper signal and caused the 2ABC, which lead to 3100. Swapped the sensor and car's running like a top.

When replacing the MAP sensor, did you have to re flash ur map with the 3.5 bar setting? I am currently having the same codes and have purchased a new MAP sensor but I have not had the vehicle flashed before. Is that something that's needed in order for this to be done correctly?

If it is stock tmap then plug n play. If it is a 3.5bar tmap aka n20 tmap, then needs flash chg.

Is there a way to flash it without previously having a tune flashed on the car?

Did you get 3.5bar sensor, if so why?

You can flash MHD stage 0 map with 3.5bar Tmap option if that's what you mean.
