Lost Part, Is this it?

I lost the following part yesterday as I was working on my car.

I searched on realoem and think I may have found it, number 1 on this page

Does anyone know if this is the part in question or where I can get the part I am looking for?

its called a few different things, speed nut, nutsert. just take the bolt to a local parts store or hardware store, they are pretty common. prob the help aisle at the parts store
