I believe the refills are the standard 3" Post-It notes pads. The pen, I am not certain I'll have to wait till my unit arrives.

Just talked to the guy named Tom who works there. I told him that I didn't receive my pen refill in the package and he was telling me that there was a laundry list of orders all of sudden

I told him it was from our E90post freaks who order them. whhahahah.

Anways, pen refills are on its way and that was a great customer service!

To the OP, how did you manage to close the lid with a full pack of post it notes? I have to take out some preventing it from getting stuck?
