Very nice! Love that color combo. Saw your screen name - submariner or target?

Thanks Run Silent. Big target. Slow and mostly stationary. LOL I was a torpedoman tech so I rode sub tenders or shore duty. I probably assembled and ran the deck checks on your MK48's depending on when you were in. I had more sea time with the Saudi Navy when I was a military advisor for a year in Al-Jabail after the US sold them their patrol boats. That was way more interesting than the tender duty.

Very cool. I was a spook in the early 90s and was on the Helena and the Indy back them for a bunch of spec ops.

After that I transferred to NSGA Kunia and then was seconded to a three letter agency where I spent most of my time in Afghanistan or Bosnia.

Got injured near Kabul and that eventually ended my career. Work as a CPA these days.

Sorry to hear about Kabul and hopefully the injuries have not effected your quality of life. Sounds like you had an interesting albeit dangerous naval career. My 21 years were mostly pretty standard stuff with my more dangerous times running the streets from bar to bar in whatever town I was in at the time. It was tough duty but someone had to do it. LOL

Yeah - I'm fine - just shrapnel wounds.

Running bar to bar - ah yes, have fond memories of those days too. Fun times in Pattaya Beach, Thailand as well as Sasebo, Japan.

Anyone have problems with interior rattle after installing an aftermarket exhaust? I removed the rear seat bottoms and added some sound deadening mats. That fixed the rear center console rattle but I'm still getting some rattle from the C pillars. Any ideas?

Selling mine
I have a thread on it in the classified section
'09, 88,xxx miles, $8000 firm
It has a rebuilt title because of a "minor" (according to the history report)
accident. The damage was body panels which were replaced.

I just bought some sound deadening mat from Amazon. Pulled the rear seat bottoms off, then laid the mats in ever possible square inch that I could.

Love BMW blues. Looks similar in that light to my DSB.
