admiration for detailers !!!
I detailed my dad & bro cars 2 days in a row, no corrections, just clayed / wash/wax / interiors. And I am fuggin beat. Im in good shape too, but my back muscles and neck muscles are shot, I guess after lots of detailing over time, your muscles get used to it. Just wanted to tell you guys , you must have alot of stamina to do this kind of work day after day, my body needs a break in between, even more if i do 2 cars in a row, phewww..........

today i did a clay, SIP, 106FF and JetSeal on JUST the hood, front quarters and roof. and i'm dead, my back, my legs, my hands - my gosh. the 90 degree heat and ridiculous humidity played a factor but i cannot wait to get back to my desk job tomorrow |

I posted the same over on my "detailed" thead. I've been detailing every weekend for the past month. I did a full detail yesterday, and 3 maintenance jobs today. I also workout mon-fri, and train BJJ 3 days a week. Your body gets used to it. Advice is to have plenty of water and fruits on hand. Take breaks as frequently as possible. Keep a track of drink 4-6 oz of water every 2-3 panels. Pee if you gotta pee, ect. Try and keep you back straight, don't hunch. Bend with your knees, ect.
What I'm trying to get to is that, the more comfortable "YOU" are, the better the car will come out. If I had lift and an AC'd workspace, I'd easily detail ever every day. Mosquitos, heat, humidity, ect, make it really hard to wanna do this more often.

When George from Detailed Image gets back into Albany I am sure he'll post about our week. I broke him in hard...14 hour day followed by a 12 hour day. He held up well, the little trooper.

Ya, sometimes I feel like I'm gettting to old for this stuff, but after a couple days of intense polishing, sealing, & waxing, I start to feel pretty good and want to keep it up (must be the endorphins kickin in).
