ok some bad news. If we wanna go to CPX someone is going to have to "front" the $450 for the reservation to have it made on a Credit Card and we will pay them back. They "can't" take individual payments for a group (which I'm taking as don't want to spend the time doing it).

So our options are either someone steps up to the plate and bites the bullet for the reservation, I think we are all grown up and trustworthy enough to be able to pay them back, or we can try to find somewhere else to go.

Your guys call. I'd do the Credit Card but I've been paying off and closing my accounts cuz I'll be buying an engagement ring in the next month or two and want my credit to be good for that.

I'll be willing to organize this via Paypal! I have a Paypal Mastercard that I can use with CPX. If you guys are willing to send your portions to my paypal, once I collect 10 payments, I will submit the payment to CPX. If you think this will work here is my contact information:

I will update the thread whenever someone sends me their portion.

Just an FYI - paying off your credit cards will help your credit sore, but closing accounts can actually hurt your credit score sometimes. It has something to do with % of available credit utilized. My suggestion would be to pay them off and cut them up if you need to, but don't close the accounts (unless it is because of some sort of non-usage or annual fee - even then wait til after your purchase).

Also, I know an old NY Jew jeweler (you may know him - Stan Rosenberg (you all know each other, right? )), he got me a $20k anniversary ring for my wife last year for $14k. Problem is he only takes cash (no taxes - under the table, but it is certified and legit).

He'll give you one, complete with insurance info. How he reports it is his problem.

I had a few too many cards to begin with so I'm just closing out the lower tiered ones that I haven't used in a year or two. I'm keeping a few of them but want them under 80% (more like under 50%) full before I get the new ring... PLUS I need to be thinking about my next car sometime in the next 6 months or so too.

Vasil, we could definitely do that. I am going to put your info into a PM and PM everyone we have on the list. Before I do that, can you please calculate out any fees and adjustments Paypal would make to your account upon receiving the money so we don't short change you and let me know the final number per person so I can include that as well.

Ok,
I am updating the list and adding another field for paid/not_paid. I guess it will be a good idea to mention that if we do not get all the people to send me paypal on time and this falls through, I will be returning everyone's money pack via Paypal.

1. UdubBadger - Seth - Not_Paid
2. CubanJJ09 - Carlos (Captain of the Anti-Semites) - Not_Paid
3.zhangzeyuandss- Richard - Not_Paid
4. vasillalov - Vasil
5. Kylekuu - Kyle - Not_Paid
6. ultimate - Mike - Not_Paid
7. Patrick - Not_Paid
8. Johan - Johan - Not_Paid
9. Mkpoto - Mark (maybe and most likely plus a few friends) - Not_Paid
10. woodnphilosfr - Ilia - Not_Paid
Also, when sending paypal, please indicate your E90post.com username. That way I can update the list properly.

Vasil

I don't understand how that can be. Not busting your ballz or anything (that's noels job ) unless it's all legit and only uses cash. But if it's not then how can He insure something that isn't suppose to exsist.
