Needing help with offset

About to pull the trigger in getting new wheels.
18x8.5 Bola B15 fitted with 225/40R18 all round.

This will be going onto a E90 LCI with B12 suspension.
Ive got a choice on offset, when I emailed the company, I was given the following.

We machine these to order from ET25 up to and including ET45. For your order, unless requested otherwise by yourself, we would supply them at ET32.

What do you recommend on offset and also should I change the tyre sizes, as I do prefer a square setup.

What wheel width do you plan on going with? That will affect what offset you should choose.
