2011 328i Steering wheel noise

My 2011 328i coupe has been making this odd noise when turning the wheel, it is sometimes there and sometimes not. I can't hear it when I'm at a higher speed but driving through the neighborhood or in my driveway turning the wheel it is very loud. I checked the power steering and it seemed low, but it was not empty, after posting this I will go add some and if it goes away I will let edit the post accordingly.

I just added some power steering fluid (CHF 11s) and it died down a lot but im gunna drive it around for a day to see if it goes totally silent
