My normal SA is Albert Salcedo. He's a great guy and very reasonable. As with any place, treat them fair and they'll do the same. Please keep in mind that just because we have a BMW doesn't mean the SAs and Mechanics are our slaves and should bend over backwards to serve us. Albert has dealt with a lot of my "modded" cars and just let him know that they should drive it cautiously. If you want, he'll also do a walk-around to make sure your car gets returned in the same condition.

Tell him Jason with the M5 referred you. He'll take care of you, hopefully.

The WORST place I've ever dealt with was Stevens Creek. Both rude and snobby (sales, parts, & service).
that's a very good attitude to go in with!

i agree about stevens creek bmw. when my dad was getting his car, the sales guy pissed him off. when i was shopping for my e90, they tried to inflate the actual prices and then tried to get me to pay some ridiculous fee for a dealer trade with one of their dealers in their network. when i was shopping for oil filters, i decided to use them since they were close by. first time was typical stealership price. second time was inflated to $20!

it sounds nice, but sometimes i just miss having a totally stock sounding car. maybe i'm getting old?

also, there's this vibration when at idle i can't seem to get rid of. i think it's due to how it was installed.

My friend brings his E46 with a Dixis and resonator delete to Peter Pan and all they said was "cool exhaust!" Steve Dinan brings all of his cars to Peter Pan as well. Just a fun fact.

well, i already had the pipe shortened thanks to golden muffler. but even with the hangers now looking normal, the vibration at idle continues.

i think what i'm going to do is go to precision muffler and see if they can solve this problem for me. if not, i'm taking it off.

+1 Peter Pan acknowledges & accepts modified cars. I got great service there two weeks ago but now my front brakes are omitting a squeaking noise so I'm going to BMWSF tomorrow to check it out. HOPEFULLY they won't disown me for my mods.

My last visit was terrible...gave me hell for my fogs being out!
