HELP: LCI 328i key fob programming (Non-CA)

I have a 2011 328i, bought it 2nd hand with 57k miles on it. Only came with one key. From what I've heard, you can program a new key by yourself as long as you don't have Comfort Access (CA) which I do not.

How exactly do I do this? Can someone give me a step by step guide? I have 1 good key with FCC: KR55WK49127 and planning to buy one off eBay (with the chip).

Let me know how much programming the Key will be. I would like to purchase a new key too.

Bought from here for many years. Not expensive and have many choices, to me they are trustworthy, recommend it.
