Help please - wheel rubbing

I have a 335i e92 pre lci SE. I had 188 17" wheels and have just changed them to 19" mv4 with none run-flat tyres. I think the noise is coming from one of the front wheels, mainly the tyre. It sounds like rubber humming noise rather than a metal scraping noise..

Any advise at all is appreciated.

If you fit the correct size tyres you should have no issue.

It's a bit difficult to give correct advice when you don't really know what kind of noise it is, where the noise coming from or what's causing it. If something is rubbing, there are usually some kind of tell tale marks which you should be able to see if you look very closely.

The tyres are the correct size. Plenty of room around the wheel as far as I can see. With the noise it sounds like rubber dragging along the floor, noise increases upon breaking.

No nothing is loose. Standard m sport suspension and I have tried a 3mm universal spacer but it didn't help, I don't think it was required anyway..

Does it make any difference whether the steering is straight, left or right?

Makes the same noise over 10mph, straight or round corners. Could be the disk but it's strange it's happened as soon as I've changed wheels..
