Under seat Kickers not sounding right

Hi , I have a situation where when I first got my car my under seats sounded great. Now after having about 4 installers go in in and change wiring etc. the sound has never been the same . I have the hifi .... what are some of the things that could be wrong as far as wiring goes. What can I ( or my installer ) troubleshoot . Thanks

The Hi Fi system has all 2 ohm speakers to achieve its
weak power rating. The amp is weak and speakers are cheap.
Does no good to put better speakers in because the amp
doesn't have enough power to drive them.
The order to replace things is replace the amp with an afermarket
one first then the speakers.
Better to do it all at once and be done with it.
Hi Fi system is the easiest to DIY.
Also since we don't know what was done to it in detail there is no
way of knowing where to go from here.

The average stereo shop is populated by a bunch of hacks pushing there
own equipment and there are also a lot of Bass Head shops now that
think everything can be solved with a subwoofer.
They probably don't even know what is in the system and just
start throwing there standard solutions for and F150 at it.
Good shops that can do a BMW stereo are rare.
If you cannot DIY this is one of the best shops on the East Coast

Call them at least to get an opinnion.

Did you realize that the BMW power spec is at 10 percent distortion.
That is why it sounds like crap when you turn it up.

Under seats

Thanks for your reply... I guess what I am trying to say is that I don’t think the technic harness is still connected to the jl audio xd600/6 .....and so the kickers are not receiving the right signal , it’s not a mid bass signal . Is it true that you have to grab the signal from a certain place and run them to the under seats or they won’t play right ?

Weren't you on here awhile ago making all kinds of changes
to your system and not really being satisfied with any of them?
If your pre outs from the head unit are attached to a Technic Hi Fi
Harness the xd/600 splits the front channel signal and routes
a pair of channels to the doors and a pair to the floors if whoever
wired it in did the job correctly.
Being able to do this stuff yourself is the only way to guarantee
you got what you expect.
I thought you bought a bunch of audison stuff.
Had somebody install it and audison actually tuned it.
If its the typical bass head install they bypass the underseats.

Yes , I was on here before .... I know have a audio control dm-810 ... I don’t think the technic harness is being used right now . The under seats are hooked up they’re just not playing the right frequencies.
