Coding Fuel Line Priming
Is there a way to get the fuel pump to prime for longer or harder while ignition is on? On full E85 and starts are horrid

It's not a case of lacking fuel pressure. You need to adjust your tune for cold start enrichment, it's in a table called "Fuel (Start)" and it was added purely for E85 users struggling with cold starts.

It's not just cold start it's mostly warm starts actually it's weird

Sounds like a tuning issue (or hardware failure)
