Megan Racing Lowering Springs??
Hey all, I drive a 2009 e92 328i xdrive.
Just wondering if someone can confirm the figment of: https://www.meganracingperformance.c...-p-579820.html Will they or will they not fit an xdrive model? Thanks. Before you comment: PLEASE don't suggest me H&R or any other brand. I'm cheap. Just tell me if those will fit or not |

I don't see why they wouldn't fit just fine.
But if you want to go cheap you can always cut a few coils out from your factory springs.

Based on my research they're similar to H&R for looks and stiffness. You're going to need better dampeners then stock with these. Something designed for lowering springs. Koni or better. I believe the front is 290lb. Unless your city has perfect roads you won't be satisfied with the performance. The look on the other side will be good. The're higher in the back then front which will fix the rake look...
Anyway just my .02 cents. BTW I went with front M Sport springs for my E90 335xi. They lower the front taking care of the rake look while retaining similar to stock characteristics + they won't destroy your stock spec dampeners. |
