It's one of the injectors in bank 1, the longer you keep the car running the higher the ltft will get until you reach the max ltft and you will get the code. Try swapping injectors from bank 1 with 2 to make sure. If the ltft don't reach more then 15 just forget about it's not an issue.

Both oxygen sensor adaptations were reset using MHD just after oxygen sensor replacement.

I agree with this. But the car isnít throwing the code now after close to 2600 miles after replacement of the sensors, so Iím hesitant to start diagnosing again. Iím in the ďleave well enough aloneĒ mode for now and just enjoying the car
